Hans advises clients on patents, protection of trade secrets and know‑how, data and software, trademarks and marketing law. He also handles dispute resolution. As part of Thommessen’s department for intellectual property (IP), Hans has extensive experience in advising clients in IP related matters, and assists clients in securing, maintaining and enforcing the technology behind their products and services.
